PROBLEM

Anchor 1

This was a project completed at General Assembly. Customers are having difficulty with the overall experience of purchasing tickets and understand their full Fox Theatre              membership benefits. 

SOLUTION

Members need a fast and effective way to purchase tickets for events through the Fox Mobile app, as well as enhancing the membership experience. By streamlining the ticket purchasing process, as well as introducing more membership benefits, such as a digital event assistant with the use of augmented reality history feature, these features will not only add an essence of this historical establishment but also bring more overall engagement of members.
